INVENTORIES
We’ll visit the property and carry out a thorough inspection, using the latest technology to create detailed, easy to read and jargon free reports.
CHECK-INS
Our check-in inspections are carried out at the start of every tenancy to ensure an up-to-date record of the property’s condition is on file.
MID TERN INSPECTION
We can visit the property during the tenancy to create a report showing what condition it is being kept in. This gives landlords and agents peace of mind that the asset is being looked after.
CHECKOUTS
The check-out inspection is performed at the end of the tenancy and documents the exact condition and contents of the property at that point in time.
